Mrs. Francis graduated from Gateway Regional High School in 2004 and continued her education at Rowan University, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Health, Physical Education, and Driver Education. She recently returned to Rowan to complete her Master of Arts degree in School Administration. Mrs. Francis was an elementary and middle school Physical Education and Health teacher for 16 years before joining ABIS as Vice Principal.

Mrs. Francis’ favorite saying is “Bloom where you are planted” as life always has its own plans. Make the most out of your current circumstances; begin from where you are, with what you have, and find opportunities for growth. Mrs. Francis resides in Franklin Township with her husband, Rodney, and their two daughters,
Adria and Aydenn. In her free time, Mrs. Francis enjoys DIY projects and crafts, her husband’s
cooking, road trips, sports, coaching, the gym, and spending time with family and friends.
